Established in 1968, the Manitoba Soccer Referees’ Association serves as a support organization for all Referees in Manitoba.

The MSRA serves as a voice for member Referees within the Province and works in conjunction with the Referee Development Committee of the MSA, which is the governing body for Soccer in Manitoba.


MSRA Objectives:

- Support system for members.

- Assist with recruitment, training and the overall development of referees.

- Conduct on behalf of its members, any business and bargaining with the Manitoba Soccer Association and affiliated leagues.

- Promote and market refereeing to the soccer community and its members.

- Provide information sharing and networking opportunities.

- Provide Referee special events.

- Act as a representative for its members on issues of concern.
